Device compatibility questions
My device isn't listed, can I still use Redeemso?
Possibly. Our list covers the most common models, but new devices launch all the time. The quickest check is to look for an Add eSIM option in your settings. If it's there and your device is carrier-unlocked, a Redeemso eSIM will work.
How do I know if my phone is carrier-locked?
If the Add eSIM option is missing or greyed out on a supported model, your device is likely locked to a carrier. Contact your carrier to request an unlock, then try again.
What is an EID?
An EID is the unique identifier of your device's built-in eSIM. Seeing an EID in your settings (or by dialling *#06#) confirms your device has an eSIM you can activate.
Can I use an eSIM and my physical SIM at the same time?
Yes. Most eSIM-capable phones support Dual SIM, so you can keep your home number on the physical SIM and use the Redeemso eSIM for data while you travel.
